  • I have described the items which I sell to the best of my ability and have provided pictures for you to get an as accurate look as possible over the internet. All my picutres are taken under natural daylight. And colors may vary on some pc screens, please take this into account when ordering!
  • All my items come from a 100% smoke free invironment.
  • If you have any doubts about anything on my website, please ask BEFORE you order.
  • All my creations are not meant as toys and are intended for the adult collector only.

  • Dutch and EU buyers can pay by bank transfer using your international IBAN number. For international buyers: I only accept Paypal.
  • I will take Paypal with CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS! If your address cannot be confirmed you will be refunded.
  • I accept creditcard funded payments. Paypal is my credit card agent. On all payments made by Paypal I will not charge extra Paypal fees. I will send you a Paypal invoice when you wish to pay by Paypal. 
  • All payments made by Paypal are to be received in Euro's.

  • Once I have received your email you will get a confirmation email within 1-3 days. The confirmation email holds all details and payment information.
  • Delivery only by pre-cash. Please only pay after you have received a confirmation by email and a Paypal invoice.
  • All parcels are sent within 3 days of payments received from Den Ham OV, Netherlands.
Please note: You might have to pay custom fees. Please research the custom fees of your country. I will not change the value of the item(s) on the customs form. It is illegal and I will not do so. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

I am pleased to offer you a helpfull payment option, to ease the financial pressure of buying your very special teddy bear:
  •  the first (1/3) payment will be made as soon as you agree to adopt a bear;
  •  the second (1/3) will be requested the same date of the following month;
  •  and the final third, 30 additional days after that.
  • This can be adjusted if needed: e.g. you can dived the total payment into 2 monthly payments.
  • Delivery will be made after the last payment.
  • Payments for a lay-a-way are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Should you wish to clear the layaway earlier than expected, you are more than welcome to as I'm sure your new furry friend will be more than happy to see his or her new home sooner than later....
  • All I ask in return is that payments dates are respected! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me. Thank you.

  • I keep getting emails with this very frequent question: "DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS...?" 
  • But I am very sorry to let you know that I don't take any custom orders. All my creations are made on a one and off basis.
  • Besides this I think that commissions also stiffle my creativity and I have so many creative ideas that I want to make. I feel it is better for the Milly Me Designs concept and originality to make my creations free of the constrains of commisioned designs.
  • In other words: I want to be free to design and create my own designs and patterns. This in the long run enables me to be more productive, efficient and above all creative. And it will also benefit you as a collector.

  • I want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are not,  please contact me within 3 working days after receiving the item.
  • In accordance to the EU law you have 14 days to withdraw when purchasing goods (13, June 2014). This “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. However, if this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. You can choose to withdraw from your order for any reason within this timeframe - even if you simply changed your mind. 
  • I realize that taste varies, so please ask questions before you buy. I cannot stress this enough. I respect my work and my designs and I inspect all the items before they will be shipped to you.
  • A full refund will be given to the item returned in its original condition and packing. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note: insurance on returned packages for its value is highly recommended. If a returned package is uninsured and subsequently lost or damaged, I am not responsible and cannot give a refund in this event!
  •  Postage will be fully refunded if I made a mistake.

  • The postage costs are displayed at the Paypal drop down menu of each available item at the cost to the customer. All my creations will be carefully packed & boxed for a safe travel to its new home. 
  • When purchasing an item(s) from the Milly Me Desigs shop please ensure you select the right postal destination from the drop down menu. Under payment for your postal destination may result in your payment being returned and your order cancelled.
  • Postage costs:
    Netherlands: € 6,50 - Europe (within the EU): € 13,00 - Worldwide: € 24,30.
  • The actual shippping costs are higher, you will receive a shipping discount.
  • Due to weight and additional costs all my items are packed and shipped individually.

  • Everything is shipped by PostNL Postal Service in The Netherlands. You will receive an email with the Track & Trace code from your parcel and  a link to the website where you can follow your parcel during transit.
  • Please be aware that delivery times can vary quite wildly from country to country and I am unable to guarantee delivery dates.
  • I will only ship my items priority fully insured. This means that you have to sign when you receive the package and it is fully insured for its value. Orders with a value over €500,00 will be shipped priority extra insured.
  • For problems with priority (extra) insured mail within and outside the EU I will follow the Post NL postal rules for priority insured mail.
  • In case an priority (extra) insured parcel does not arrive or is damaged please let me know. Contact me as soon as possible. If you do not notify me of any damage within 3 working days after receiving the item, I will have no liability. In all other cases I will refund as soon as I get refunded by PostNL.

I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during delivery!  
I will however do everything within my power to help you make a claim
for compensation with the PostNL Postal Service - Netherlands.
